Announcement: {your Guild} is throwing a party in {town}:{district}.
A nice thing to add to the game is Guild sponsored events.
Maybe fireworks or music that can be activated by giving money to an NPC "Mayor". This even would be announced just like the HOH wins. It would be a great and fun money sink with barrels of drink available.

Your guild could throw a party in Droknars (free beer!), and then have it be announced through at least all Droknars districts (possibly universal, but that would lead to competing parties, even though the politics involved in that would be interesting) |
